Constructed a 2000-foot long, 10-foot wide, crushed limestone trail from Depot Road to the edge of Allegany County New Hope trailhead property, with multiple switchbacks, plus a 400 foot non-ADA section with stairs, in the City of Frostburg. A series of retaining walls and switchbacks were necessary. The trail was connected to the Alleghany Highlands Trail at the New Hope Trailhead. The tunnel rehabilitation is not part of the trail project. |
